These courses will build the knowledge and skills needed to deliver consistent, contract-aligned service for Mack customers. Participants will learn how service contracts function, how to navigate coverage and support processes, and how to apply the Certified Uptime Dealer (CUD) approach in daily operations. These courses will also strengthen fleet management capabilities, including adaptive scheduling, effective use of fleet tools, cross-dealership coordination, and SLA-driven performance – helping reduce downtime and improve overall service outcomes.
