Mack Parts Process and Inventory Introduction

This series of courses will introduce a Parts employee to some of the job requirements of their role. The forward flow process primarily supports your tasks to order parts and assist with managing parts orders. The reverse flow supports the dealer role when there are any issues with a parts order. The final course will introduce you to the Parts LinQ system and provide instructions to access additional step-by-step system support materials for the forward and reverse flow job functions.
