The Parts Professional Capstone Course brings together everything you’ve learned so far in the Parts Professional development plan in a fast-paced, hands-on workshop designed to sharpen your skills, boost your confidence, and prepare you for real-world parts department success.

Through dealership scenarios, interactive group work, and practical application, you’ll reinforce core concepts like:

• Conducting expert-level parts searches using Mack and Volvo systems
• Communicating with customers to recommend the right part the first time
• Navigating pricing, availability, and supersessions with confidence
• Collaborating effectively with service, warranty, and outside sales teams

The Parts Professional Capstone Course is your chance to practice, discuss, and apply the tools and techniques that turn good parts employees into trusted parts professionals. In doing so, you’ll walk away with confidence in using key systems like Impact, Parts LinQ, and VDA+, strategies for improving accuracy, communication, and efficiency, and a clear understanding of your role in your parts department’s success.
