The Mack Electrical Diagnostics course provides fleet technicians with practical, hands-on activities analyzing and diagnosing various component and system failures within the context of probable diagnostic scenarios. Application of the diagnostic process is reinforced throughout the course. Classroom activities focus on systems and tools used in the diagnostic and repair process including Trucks Customer Portal (TCP), Impact, PTT 2.0, Electrical Schematics Viewer, eMedia, and service bulletins. 

It is recommended that technicians complete Mack Electrical Troubleshooting prior to attending this session or have a proven efficiency with the use of multi-meters and concepts of vehicle electricity.
