The Mack Fleet Emissions Diagnostics course provides fleet technicians with practical, hands-on practice analyzing and diagnosing emissions systems related problems within the context of probable diagnostic scenarios. The course provides an overview of the design and function of emissions systems to refresh and reinforce content covered in prerequisite courses. Classroom activities focus on increasing proficiency with Trucks Trucks Customer Portal (TCP), Impact, PTT 2.0, eMedia, and Service Bulletins. Workshop activities focus on diagnosing emissions system related problems based on probable scenarios.
