This Case Based Reasoning (CBR) system gives you the ability to search for diagnostic and service solutions in an intuitive and efficient manner.  It is built on a platform that will continue to expand to cover more support related areas and include additional functionality.  This is the first step in an evolution toward streamlined collaboration with the Uptime Center.

This course will allow users to:

  1. Review the new layout of the CBR system
  2. Explore the new CBR system functionality
  3. Preview the article search and rate functions in the new CBR system
