This course provides an overview of the features and benefits of the Mack mDRIVE and mDRIVE HD. In this course, the student will learn to:
  • Differentiate between an Automated Manual Transmission (or AMT) and an automatic transmission
  • Describe the Mack mDRIVE and mDRIVE HD transmissions
  • Relate the features of the Mack mDRIVE and mDRIVE HD transmissions to the benefits and value for the customer
  • Articulate the competitive advantages of the Mack mDRIVE and mDRIVE HD transmissions versus competitors’ transmissions
  • Determine if the customer’s application is suitable for mDRIVE or mDRIVE HD and explain the rationale.
