This Managers Guide is intended to support the person who is directly managing a newly hired parts manager, so they can apply the concepts and information covered in the Parts Manager Foundation course to their daily work.

This guide is intended to assist you with (1) facilitating meetings after each section of the Parts Manager Foundation online training, (2) encourage dialogue/discussion, and (3) establish specific tasks for the parts manager to accomplish throughout the self-paced training module.

Objectives:

1. Define timely discussions of training content to ensure the parts manager knows how it applies to him/her
2. Provide questions to assist in facilitating dialogue/discussion
3. List tasks to encourage the parts manager to apply what is taught in the course
