Mack Used Truck Sales-New Hire

This 2.5 day instructor led course introduces the Used Truck Sales Process and incorporates pre-requisite product and industry knowledge in an application based training. Participants will apply previously learned concepts as they learn the Used Truck Sales Process, which will be introduced with lecture and reinforced through practice, in "on-the-job", situational activities. In addition to this application based training, participants will have an opportunity to drive a truck on a closed track to gain first-hand-knowledge of its operation, as well as tour the manufacturing plant, which will enable the participant to visually associate truck components with performance.
