Mack Used Truck Sales Professional ILT

This 3 day instructor-led course introduces the Used Truck Sales Process and incorporates pre-requisite product and
industry knowledge in an application based training.

Participants will apply previously learned concepts as they learn the Used Truck Sales Process, in “on-the- job”, situational activities. In addition to this application based training, participants will have an opportunity to drive a truck on a closed track to gain first-hand knowledge of its operation, as well as tour the manufacturing plant, which will enable the participant to visually associate truck components with performance.
