Parts Advisor is designed to provide dealer parts sales professionals with the advanced knowledge and skills to advise their customers on the best solution for their needs. Participants will discuss what it means to be an advisor; analyze parts for function, features and benefits; conduct a thorough customer needs analysis to support a part(s) recommendation, overcome objections using a specific technique and close more parts sales.
