With a new set of innovative functionalities, we’ll be able to better listen to our customers and support them with a premium customer experience. This shift to the Qualtrics platform allows us the ability to build a foundation for a best-in-class customer experience for the future. The initial release of the Qualtrics platform will bring minimal changes to the overall user interface, making the transition as seamless as possible.
