Mack Expert Technician Certification Program Update

On July 1, Mack Trucks Academy made a minor update to the Mack Expert Technician Certification Program.

What Changed?
The 501144-SG-01: Mack Engine Overhaul Study Guide and associated post-test were grouped into a curriculum so they align with the structure used for other courses that include a test. This is an administrative improvement only and does not affect certification requirements or course content. 

As part of this update, training records were reviewed, and the new curriculum was assigned to anyone who had started or completed the Engine Overhaul Study Guide or post-test. You may receive an email regarding this update.

What Do I Need to Do?
No action is required if you previously completed both the study guide and post-test. Your completion history has been applied and will appear in your training record.

If you had already begun the study guide or post-test, the new curriculum has been assigned to you automatically. Your progress has been retained, so you can pick up where you left off.
