Supporting the Next Generation of Mack Technicians

When J-Tech's DATE (Diesel Advanced Technician Education) program administrators requested additional transmissions to support their growing program, Mack Trucks Academy was happy to fulfill the request by partnering with DEX Heavy Duty Parts, whose donation of four transmissions helped make it possible.

 DEX is one of the nation's largest suppliers of renovated, recycled, and surplus heavy-duty truck parts, making them an ideal partner in supporting technical education.

 The additional equipment allows more students to work with real-world components at the same time, creating more opportunities for hands-on learning.

 Through our partnership with DATE schools, Mack Trucks Academy helps build a pipeline of technicians who are familiar with Mack products and ready to begin their careers in the Mack dealer network. We're proud to support the next generation of Mack technicians - today's students and tomorrow's technicians.
