Mack Trucks Academy Announces Service Lane MVP Finalists

The Service Lane MVP competition highlights the value service advisors bring to the customer experience every day. To enter, master service advisors were invited to submit a video describing why they love being a service advisor, and how they go the extra mile to support our customers.

Three 2022 finalists will join the two 2020 finalists at UPTIME in Dallas, TX May 24-27, 2022 to compete in a walk-around demonstration and vie for the title of Service Lane MVP.
