Achieving Elite Status

Although the alternate propulsion master path is available only to dealer technicians whose dealership is in the process of becoming BEV certified, technicians who have completed all other currently available content will be elite certified.

Technicians who have completed all available content, including the alternate propulsion master path, will also have achieved elite certification while Mack Trucks Academy continues to develop content for the electronics and chassis and safety systems master segments.

To maintain any status technicians must complete any new content within three years of certification.
