UNOH and the DATE Program Shine at TMC FutureTech 2024
On September 16, University of Northwestern Ohio (UNOH) students showcased their skills and won big at the 2024 TMC FutureTech competition in Raleigh, NC. Competing in stations that tested everything from electrical diagnosis to alternative fuels, the four talented students demonstrated precision and expertise.
Among them was Riley Larr, a standout competitor sponsored by Mack through the Diesel Advanced Technology Education (DATE) program. Riley earned top honors as the Alternative Fuel System Essentials station winner, highlighting the hands-on training and career opportunities provided by the DATE program.
The UNOH students gained invaluable industry insights, participated in technician training sessions, and built relationships with professionals who share their passion for innovation and excellence.
