501785: Mack New Vehicle Sales Professional ILT Waiver

To be eligible for the Mack Bulldog Club, participants are required to first have completed the 501785: Mack New Vehicle Sales Professional curriculum (online and in-person training).

As communicated in the June 29, 2023 bulletin, in-person training waiver eligibility was based on those in a Mack sales role from 2017 or prior. This eligibility criterion has been expanded to include those in a Mack sales role since 2020 or prior.

Updated Waiver Details
Mack new truck sales professionals and Mack new truck sales managers who have been in a Mack sales role since 2020 or longer may be eligible to receive a waiver from Mack Trucks Academy for the in-person training. Keep in mind, the online courses within this curriculum must still be completed.

Determining Eligibility
Mack Trucks Academy will conduct a learner profile review to identify those who may be eligible for the in-person training requirement waiver based on tenure in a Mack sales role. If it is determined that you are eligible for the waiver, your training transcript will be updated in Navigator.

This learner profile review process will occur between March and May, 2025. Please do not contact Mack Trucks Academy before May 1, 2025 to request a waiver.
