This isn’t just a lecture, it’s hands-on, practical training designed to mirror the real world of the parts department. Participants will engage directly with an operational truck, live systems, and the tools they use every day.
In this course, your team will:
- Get in the shop. Work with a truck to see how parts are positioned, connected, and function within larger vehicle systems.
- Sharpen their tools. Practice advanced parts lookup using Impact, Parts LinQ, and VDA+ in realistic scenarios.
- Build confidence at the counter. Strengthen communication and problem-solving skills through challenging, scenario-based activities.
- Learn from each other. Collaborate with peers to troubleshoot common issues and share practical tips from the field.
The real advantage of this course is hands-on time with a truck. Participants will explore function groups, locate parts, and see how components work together. This experience helps shift their perspective from seeing a part in isolation to understanding its role in the operation of the vehicle.
