How CI Supports Your CUD Standards (for Certified Uptime Dealers)

This course is designed to help dealership employees understand how Continuous Improvement (CI) practices can be used to sustain and strengthen Certified Uptime Dealer (CUD) standards. The course introduces the core elements of CI – Capturing Information, Empowering Everyone, Measuring What Matters, and Sharing Knowledge – and demonstrates how each one contributes to meeting and exceeding CUD requirements. 
Through a breakdown of all eight CUD standards and real-world application examples, learners will gain actionable insights to support long-term success at their dealerships.
Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to:

  • Explain the role of CI in maintaining and elevating CUD standards
  • Identify the four core elements of CI
  • Provide an overview of the eight CUD standards and their relevance to dealership performance
  • Demonstrate how CI strategies align with and reinforce each of the eight CUD standards through side-by-side comparisons
  • Apply CI principles in their daily work to meet or exceed certification requirements
