In this module, we teach you how to show your buyers how your recommended product or service meets their needs, solves their problem, or resolves their issue.

Course objectives and principles:

  • Understand how to show your product or service solves the buyer’s most pressing need
  • Understand that a buyer has three choices: Buy from you, Buy from your competitor, or make no decision
  • Understand the only reason your buyer would purchase anything from you is if he or she can see that what you offer is the most valuable choice he or she can make
