Mack Data Links Diagnostics
The Mack Data Links Diagnostics course offers experienced service technicians the opportunity to learn in depth the processes required to properly use digital measuring devices to diagnose electrical and electronic faults directly related to vehicle control module-to-module communications.
Participants will follow the established diagnostic process during activities to increase consistent, accurate, and efficient diagnostics and interpretations. The classroom component focuses on increasing technician proficiency with an oscilloscope and identifying relevant data links information used in diagnostic and repair processes including Trucks Dealer Portal, Tech Tool, and wiring schematics.
