The Mack Electrical Diagnostics course provides service technicians with practical, hands-on activities analyzing and diagnosing various component and system failures within the context of probable diagnostic scenarios. Application of the diagnostic process is reinforced throughout the course.

Classroom activities focus on systems and tools used in the diagnostic and repair process including Trucks Dealer Portal, Impact, PTT 2.0, Electrical Schematics Viewer, eMedia and service bulletins.

Intended for: Technicians who have achieved professional status and are registered for the Diagnostics and/or electronics master segments

Prerequisites:

• Technician professional status
• 501409: Mack Information Systems
• 501408: Mack Electrical Troubleshooting
