Mack Electrical Diagnostics
The Mack Electrical Diagnostics course provides service technicians with practical, hands-on activities analyzing and diagnosing various component and system failures within the context of probable diagnostic scenarios. Application of the diagnostic process is reinforced throughout the course.
Classroom activities focus on systems and tools used in the diagnostic and repair process including Trucks Dealer Portal, Impact, PTT 2.0, Electrical Schematics Viewer, eMedia and service bulletins.
