This course provides an overview of how to create and close quality eService requests. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify what to do before submitting a service request;
  • Determine when to submit a service request;
  • Follow appropriate guidelines in troubleshooting issues with a vehicle;
  • Create a quality service request;
  • Add attachments to a service request, and;
  • Close a service request properly
