Mack eService for Technical Support Requests
This course provides an overview of how to create and close quality eService requests. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- Identify what to do before submitting a service request;
- Determine when to submit a service request;
- Follow appropriate guidelines in troubleshooting issues with a vehicle;
- Create a quality service request;
- Add attachments to a service request, and;
- Close a service request properly
