Mack Information Systems
The virtual Mack Information Systems course provides service technicians with practical information covering critical dealer service information applications and resources. This course is presented as a series of 4 virtual sessions.
The course provides a comprehensive overview of all service information systems including Trucks Dealer Portal, Impact, eMedia, Schematic Viewer and Premium Tech Tool 2.0.
All four sessions must be attended to receive credit. Credit will apply to the instructor-led Information Systems class.
