Mack New Vehicle Sales Professional In-Person Training

The Mack New Vehicle Sales Professional course is an instructor-led course that introduces the Mack brand, products, and truck sales process. This course is designed to provide a new truck sales professional with the knowledge and expertise to effectively sell the Mack brand portfolio. In addition, participants will have an opportunity to drive a truck on a closed track to gain first-hand knowledge of its operation, as well as tour the manufacturing plant.

Over the course of 4.5 days, participants will be immersed in activities such as prospecting, analyzing customer needs and making recommendations, creating presentations, order entry in MSS, delivery and follow-up after the sale. This course will engage the learner through hands-on activities and the use of on-the-job scenarios. Group discussion and team projects will provide various perspectives needed to address the many challenges faced on the job.
