Operational Efficiency Program
The Operational Efficiency Advocate (OEA) program offers fixed operations personnel of select dealerships the opportunity to gain expertise in business process improvement. Using proven methodologies for collaborative issue identification and problem solving, participants will be prepared to positively impact the success of their Certified Uptime Dealer process.
Topics include:
- Principles of process efficiency
- Issue identification and problem clarification
- Importance and application of metrics
- Root cause analysis and attainable goal setting
- Applied problem solving
