Service Operations Management
The Service Operations Management virtual course gives service managers the opportunity to evaluate their service department’s current situation and develop a plan that meets the industry-proven operational standards of a heavy truck service department.
Participants deep dive into service operations by calculating a variety of shop metrics, focusing on how parts and service can work together to improve the speed of repairs and the quality of service. Participants will review the Certified Uptime Dealer process in order to implement and maintain its standards.
