Parts Advisor – Session 3
This virtual course is designed to provide parts sales professionals with the advanced knowledge and skills to advise their customers on the best solution for their needs. Participants will discuss what it means to be an advisor by analyzing parts for function, features, and benefits, conducting a thorough customer needs analysis to support a part(s) recommendation, overcoming objections using a specific technique, and closing more parts sales.
